Mindfulness colouring

Have you seen the recent trend in adult colouring? Research shows colouring can help relieve stress, so members of USQ’s Student Relationship Officers Team (SROs) proposed/suggested that we  provided our students with their very own designs! With the help and amazing creative talents of current Bachelor of Creative Arts graduate Laurie, we have created three designs for you to use, whatever your comfort or creativity level!
